I’ve been noticing Ryan Sheckler posting a lot of strange stuff on twitter, and on his facebook page lately. Last week, it was the announcement of his Ethika underwear line. This week, he posted this photo on Facebook. Really Ryan? A shirtless glam shot for Facebook? Really? What is the deal?
This guy has over 750,000 fans on Facebook, 1,225,609 people following him on Twitter (at the time of this article) and he still feels the need to whore himself out in this way? (I’m jealous) I don’t get it. He’s clearly a brilliant business person, and a great skater, but are the underwear company and shirtless glam shots really part of his evil world domination plan?
With this in mind, this column, “This Week on ‘Ryan Sheckler is Weird’”, is going to be a weekly endeavor for myself until Ryan ceases to be weird. This should go well… very well.

The new Ethika line is sick. I think its also Pastrana’s company. I have seen photos of P-Rod, Lutzka, Chaz Ortiz,TK, and Stevie Williams all supporting it. I wear them EVERY time I skate

I’m pretty sure the new Ethika line is the brain child of one of Ryan’s good friends ‘Malcolm McCassy’… So it’d make sense for Ryan to post promotional media whereever and whenever he can… So it’s not weird, its smart business for a good friend!
