Rick and John are in a new movie about a kid who wants nothing more than to be on the greatest skateboard team ever… GIRL Skateboards Machotaildrop. The trailer is amazing. It’s kind of a Where the Wild Things Are meets Charlie and The Chocolate Factory Meets Birdhouse’s The End. Judging from the trialer, Rick McCrank is destined for stardom, John Rattray… not so much. It played at the Toronto film festival in September 2009. I can’t seem to find dates for when it comes out. Or is it already out? If you know, please leave a comment.

Toban, per Thrasher’s March 2010 issue, film makers Corey Adams and Alex Craig hope it will be picked up by some form of distribution this year. Supposedly it will be playing on Fuel TV at some point. Beyond that, it’s not very clear…
